This Integration Circle is a space to reconnect with what shifted for you, ground it into real life, and stay connected to the community that helped open it up in the first place.
We’ll have a guided drop-in and reflection of Groove Cruise 2026, learn more about The Groove Effect, have breakouts with fellow Captains, and start our monthly 8 Waves journey.

The Groove Effect Integration Circle is the kickoff gathering for Captains to integrate what shifted on Groove Cruise and carry it forward into everyday life. This session reactivates the emotional resonance of Groove Cruise, reconnects you to one another, and introduces the year-long transformation journey anchored in the 8 Waves.
The 8 Wave Voyage is an 8-month experiential journey where Captains consciously live, practice, and embody one Wave each month in real life.
Each month, we’ll focus on a specific Wave of the Groove Effect. Each month will have a Zoom meeting, mini challenge, reflections, digital Wave cards, and community connection. The Voyage helps turn the magic of Groove Cruise into daily habits, intentional choices, and lasting transformation.
